You wrap the sling around your mat and wear it over the shoulder. These are reversible but regardless of which side of fabric you wear facing out, you always have access to two large and deep pockets for your essentials.
These were designed for the yogi who loves straps but needs a little more style. This sling is simple, cute and perfect for carrying your mat of any size to class without holding it under your arm. If you wanted to stack a block or a towel on top of your mat, there is room.
