Returns and Exchanges are gladly accepted within seven days of delivery.
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the website alwaysshineyourheart.com. Online purchases made through the site are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the purchase date. All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable).
Non Shine Your Heart Branded items and “Online Exclusive” items purchased online cannot be returned in stores.
Because of the nature of these items, the following items can’t be returned or exchanged
unless they arrive damaged or defective:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Cancellations aren’t accepted, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Final Sale Items aren’t eligible for return.
All returns are processed as in store credit. No cash refunds will be provided.
